Disrupting the vicious cycle of poverty begins with Child Rights

Our Vision: A peaceful, healthy and dynamic society where the rights of children and other vulnerable groups are protected and promoted

Our Mission: To strengthen the resilience and capacity of families and communities to meet their obligations to the child through community-centered child survival and development initiatives

Throughout the communities we serve, our staff and volunteers share common values at individual and team levels: Integrity, Collaboration, Accountability and Nurture (I CAN).

Integrity: We seek to work towards the highest standards of personal honesty, organizational ethical performance and consistency. We seek the best interest of a child.

Collaboration: Self-respect and general respect for others; regardless of our diverse backgrounds and affinities; we are open to new ideas and approaches to harness value for children; we work and seek to establish stable partnerships locally and internationally, in our effort to contribute to the child’s welfare.

Accountability: Our organizational structure embraces personal responsibility for effective resource utilization, achieving the intended measurable results, and being transparent to the Child and partners.

Nurture: We can change agents, we live by examples, we are committed to modest standards of childcare and development at individual and institutional level
